Pastor Anna is a licensed United Methodist Pastor who has a long history at Andover Lutheran Church. Her ancestors were part of the founding families, her lineage includes several local teachers and pastors, and her family goes back generations in the area. Anna served for 15 years at First United Methodist Church in Hutchinson in various staff capacities, was called into pastoral ministry in 2017, and served as Pastor at the Downs and Portis UMC's beginning in 2018. She is now back home caring for the family farm about a mile from Andover Lutheran in rural Windom, and serves both the Andover Lutheran Church of rural Windom, and the First United Methodist Church in Little River, in a cooperative charge between the UMC Methodists and the ELCA Lutherans. She feels she has come "full circle," and is honored and humbled to serve her home community.
